This kettlebell combo hits the full-body, but especially the shoulder area. The combo consists of the military press, hang clean, and racked squat. It looks super simple but it’s not.
You can program this as an EMOM and do for example 2 reps of the combo on every minute with the remainder of the minute being rest.
